SOS Engineering was established on 5 July 1996 by Simon Petrus Jacobs. The aim of the business is to provide immediate services in a short time frame to clients who are in distress, as the name states. In its 19th year in the automotive industry the business is still owner-operated by Simon and his son, Leonardo.

We are a predominately a metal working business which focuses on the automotive industry. We are also exploring various other industries. Our processes are mainly cutting, forming and joining processes with the focus on production work. We also provide a variety of engineering services. We aim to deliver a unique engineering solutions to problems as required by our clients in the engineering industries.
